| Responsible for the daily supervision and on-site administrative oversight of a General Residential Operation. Supervises case managers, care staff, and volunteers to deliver therapeutic services to foster children; and ensures that all state minimum standards are met. Coordinates with the Treatment Director, Executive Directors, and other staff for the approval of placements, program implementation, and supervision. Supervise and maintain training requirements of case managers and care staff. Requires a Bachelor Degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or other human services field with a minimum of five years direct experience in child welfare, two of those in a residential setting. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Licensed Child Care Administrator license.
